When will my order arrive?
Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and we dispatch the same working day with Royal Mail. Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days and Express 1–3 working days. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
How many packs of braiding hair do I need?
It depends on the style, length and thickness. As a rough guide, many full braided styles use around 5 to 8 packs, and longer or fuller styles need more. If you're unsure, buy an extra pack.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order, including sale items. Braiding hair, wigs, cosmetics and fragrance must still be sealed and unopened. Email help@beautyflex.co.uk to start a return.
