You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Directions hair dye has been used by thousands of people for over 30 years with no adverse reactions, but it's still best to always do a patch test. Apply a small amount of dye to a patch of skin and leave it there for 20 minutes to half an hour. If you don't get a reaction then all is well, but if you get any itching, burning, swelling or any other discomfort then wash it off and don't use it.
If you're using a colour for the first time, we also suggest that you do a strand test; pick a strand of hair at the back of your head and apply directions hair dye to the last couple of inches, that way if the colour isn't what you wanted you'll know about it before you dye your whole head.
